I decided that what these students needed was a more interactive experience throughout the week so that they could revisit the things they had been taught to make sure they weren’t developing bad habits. This was somewhat successful although it was a lot of work for me, and most of my students were lukewarm about the quality of my videos at best.

Les Paul Or Stratocaster – Which Is The Better Guitar To Go For?

So here’s the dilemma – you fancy treating yourself to your very first electric guitar, or possibly you want to buy one for your son or daughter, but which type of electric guitar is best to go for?

5. One other thing to consider is that some folks prefer 3 per side tuners along with a steeper headstock angle as found on a LP, while the Strat has 6 on one side and no angle.

One last detail is that having bought your Strat or Les Paul style budget electric guitar you may over time come to feel the sound reflects the lower financial cost and want even more out of your axe. The easiest way to hugely improve the sound will be to do away with those low cost pickups and fit some hand wound replacements.
